User Return Guide:
At Gurgling Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you find yourself unsatisfied with the received product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 business days, no questions asked. Please note the following conditions:
- All products, except those with quality issues, should exhibit no signs of damage.
Note: Contact our customer service in advance for return or exchange requests. Returns without prior communication will not be processed.
How to Initiate a Return:
Before returning a product, reach out to us at sales@gurglingstore.com to confirm the return process. For returns due to quality problems or product damage, verification is required through uploaded videos or pictures. Once confirmed, you can proceed with a direct refund, and we will cover the shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as dissatisfaction with color or size, customers are responsible for return costs. Please send the product and label in the original package. We do not charge relisting fees.
Canceling an Order:
Order cancellations can be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. We will process your cancellation request within 24 working hours. Upon a successful cancellation, the refund will be credited to your payment account. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled if more than 30 minutes have passed, as the package cannot be restored.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days, depending on your payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, so we appreciate your patience. Contact our customer service if your refund is overdue, and we will check your processing status.
Return Address:
Our return address is 1015 Meriden Rd, Waterbury, CT 06705. Please communicate with Gurgling Store in advance for all returns or exchanges; otherwise, your request will not be processed. If the returned product differs from the return request, we reserve the right to reject your return, and the product will be returned to you. Shipping costs in this case will be your responsibility.
